This page explains how Aroeis users can request deletion of account data and social login data, including data received through Facebook Login.
Facebook User Data Deletion Instructions
If you logged in to Aroeis using Facebook and want your data deleted, you can request deletion by contacting us.
How to Request Deletion
- Send an email to support@shonichi.tech with the subject "Aroeis Facebook Data Deletion Request".
- Use the same email address connected to your Aroeis or Facebook login account when possible.
- Include your Aroeis account email and a short message requesting deletion of your account or Facebook login data.
- You may also contact us through https://www.facebook.com/aroeisthailand.
What We Delete
- Social login identifiers connected to your Aroeis account.
- Profile information such as name, surname, email, phone number, and profile image where deletion is legally permitted.
- Saved trips, favorites, cart data, and non-required account activity records where deletion is technically and legally permitted.
What May Be Retained
Some records may be retained when required for legal, tax, accounting, payment, fraud prevention, dispute, refund, or security purposes. Where possible, we will restrict or anonymize retained records.
Processing Time
We will review and process deletion requests within a reasonable period after verifying the request. We may contact you if additional information is needed to confirm account ownership.
Status Updates
After we receive your deletion request, we will reply with confirmation or the next required step using the contact channel you used for the request.
